About Taco Sagrado

Taco Sagrado was conceived during the morning after a Valentine's Day event curated by YngSolomon & Chef Matt Paille. As Matt cooked vegan tacos for friends and staff, YngSolomon marveled and shared his idea about starting a vegan food truck. Matt immediately called his friend, who had one for rent and on April 20, 2020 Taco Sagrado was born.

We are proud to bring you the first vegan taco truck north of the Golden Gate. We believe conscious eating is the key to restoring the earth and take pride in offering fresh, locally sourced, and made from scratch vegan tacos.
